INTERMEDIATE BOYS CLASS PROGRAM: 6-8 students per instructor; 2 hr class – once or twice a week; student works on round off, front & back handsprings, handstands, round off back handspring with spot, Conditioning – Core, Arms, legs; Intermediate skills on 6 men's disciplines; Develops further speed, strength, flexibility, & balance; (possible team competition and/or excellent cross training for any sport!)
ADVANCED BOYS CLASS PROGRAM:–6-8 students per instructor; 2 hr. class – once or twice a week; Students are able to do roundoff back handspring; Students works - handstands, front and back saltos; speed, strength, flexibility & balance; Conditioning – core, arms, legs; Advanced skills on equipment – 6 men's disciplines.
