JULY 2023 Girls Gymnastics Recreational Program
JULY 2023 (Beginning Girls) Registration
BEGINNING GIRLS Class Description: 6 8 students per instructor; 1 hour class - once or twice a week; class works on the following: Forward & backward rolls, cartwheels, backbends, back walkovers, Round offs & basic skills on equipment.
JULY 2023 (Intermediate Girls) Registration
INTERMEDIATE GIRLS Class Description: 6-8 students per instructor;1 ½ hr. class – once or twice a week; student must be able to do a front limber & back walkover; Class works on the following: Front walkovers, front & back Handsprings, further skills on equipment, strength & flexibility.
JULY 2023 (Advanced Girls) Registration
ADVANCED GIRLS Class Description: 6-8 students per instructor; 2 hr. class – once or twice a week; Student must be able to do a Round off back-handspring with a spot; Class works on Round off back-handsprings, aerials, saltos, & advanced skills on the equipment.
