Summit Academy of Gymnastics

 This program is designed to help children develop physical awareness and coordination, experience in following instructions, cooperating with peers, and creative thinking. With positive encouragement and praise, the progressive lesson plans present each student with new experiences and insights into their own physical capabilities. Music, gymnastics, and apparatus are used in conjunction with group interaction activities. Gymnastics and dance skills are emphasized to prepare each student for the gymnastics program.
