Girls must wear a one-piece leotard and shorts or tank top with shorts.
Boys must wear Body shirt or t-shirt with shorts.
Hair MUST BE tied back tightly away from the face.
Not Allowed:
No middriffs (No stomach exposure).
No jeans, jean shorts or anything with buckles.
No jewelry is allowed in class.
FALL/WINTER/SPRING SESSION
REGISTRATION:
There will be a $30.00 annual family registration fee charged at the time of registration.
TUITION:
Monthly tuition fees are due week 4 of the current month for the following pay period to continue your child's enrollment.
You are paying for your child's place in class, not their attendance.
There are 3 make ups allotted per FALL/WINTER/SPRING SESSION.
No refunds.
METHOD OF PAYMENTS:
You must provide a credit or debit card on file which will be billed automatically week 4 of the current pay period.
You may pay in person with cash, check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover) before the 17th of each month. If a payment is not made before the 17th, the card on file will be charged. A late fee will be assessed for past due accounts.
Sign up separately for Summer Session 1 and Session 2.
All fees due at the time of enrollment.
NO refunds.
WITHDRAWALS:
You are responsible for continued 4 week payments through May 2023.
If you would like to cancel your enrollment, please notify the office by week 3 of the current pay period to avoid being billed week 4 for the next month.
MAKEUPS:
Classes missed due to injury or illness may be made up during our scheduled make up days
All make ups must be completed while still enrolled in class

No team members are eligible for make ups.

CANCELLATIONS DUE TO WEATHER:
Cancellations due to weather will be posted on our website homepage, Facebook and Instagram.
No refunds will be given for closings due to weather.
Make ups will be available.
BEHAVIOR:
Students should show respect to staff and facility of Summit Academy.
No food or drink permitted in the gym (WATER ONLY)
VALUABLES:
Summit Academy will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.
CLASSES:
Students may enroll at any time. We can pro-rate into any session.
Do not drop off students more than 15 minutes prior to the start of the class.
Students must be picked up on time.
VISITORS:
Visitors must sit quietly in the designated areas.
Only students are permitted on the gymnastics floor during class.
For the safety of the students, please do not talk to or otherwise distract the children participating in the classes.
PHOTOGRAPHS:
Photographs of your child may be taken during classes; if you do not wish these to be used for our advertising purposes please sign a form at the office.
