BEGINNING BOYS CLASS PROGRAM: 6-8 students per instructor; 1 hr class once or twice a week; student works on forward rolls, back, cartwheels, handstands, round offs, Core, Arms, legs; Develops speed, strength, flexibility, & balance; Basic skills on the 6 men's disciplines; Excellent cross training for all sports!
INTERMEDIATE BOYS CLASS PROGRAM: 6-8 students per instructor; 2 hr class once or twice a week; student works on round off, front & back handsprings, handstands, round off back handspring, Conditioning, Core, Arms, legs; Intermediate skills on 6 men's disciplines; Develops further speed, strength, flexibility, & balance; Possible team competition and/or excellent cross training for any sport!
ADVANCED BOYS CLASS PROGRAM:–6-8 students per instructor; 2 hr. class – once or twice a week; Students are able to do roundoff back handspring; Students works - handstands, front and back saltos; speed, strength, flexibility & balance; Conditioning – core, arms, legs; Advanced skills on equipment – 6 men's disciplines.
