SUMMIT ACADEMY
RULES & POLICIES
• Girls wear a one-piece leotard and shorts or tank top with shorts.
• Boys wear body shirt or t-shirt with shorts.
• Hair MUST BE tied back tightly away from the face.
Not Allowed:
• No middriffs (No stomach exposure).
• No jeans, jean shorts or anything with buckles.
• No jewelry is allowed in class.
• JUNE SESSION 1 6/01/2026 - 6/27/2026
• JULY SESSION 2 7/13/2026 - 8/8/2026
• Sign up separately for summer session 1 and session 2.
• Fees due at the time of enrollment.
• No refunds.
• Registration waived for summer sessions.
• Students may enroll at any time. We can pro-rate into any session.
• Do not drop off students more than 15 minutes prior to the start of the class.
• Students must be picked up on time.
• Cancellations due to weather will be posted on our website homepage, Facebook and Instagram.
• No refunds will be given for closings due to weather, but Make ups will be available.
REGISTRATION:
• Fall-Winter-Spring Session runs from Aug 10, 2026 through May 29, 2027
• There will be a $30.00 annual family registration fee charged at the time of registration.
• First 4 week pay period due at time of registration
• No Refunds
• Monthly tuition fees are due week 4 of the current month for the following pay period.
• You are paying for your child's place in class, not their attendance.
• No refunds.
• You must provide a credit or debit card on file which will be billed automatically week 4 of the current pay period.
• You may pay in person with cash, check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover). The payment must be made by the end of week 3 of the current pay period, or the card on file will be charged. A late fee will be assessed for past due accounts.

FUTURE 2026 SUMMER SESSIONS:

Classes resume 7/13/2026
• You are responsible for continued 4-week payments Aug 2025 through May 2026.
• If you would like to cancel your enrollment, please fill out a drop card at the office or email the Summit office at summitacademy1@yahoo.com (mailto:summitacademy1@yahoo.com)before the start of week 3 of the current pay period to avoid being billed week 4 for the next month.
• There are 2 make ups allotted per FALL/WINTER/SPRING SESSION in addition to classes missed due to holidays, or weather related cancelations.
• All make ups must be completed while still enrolled in class
• No makeups for summer sessions
• Contact the office for eligibility and scheduling of make up classes
• Team members are not eligible for make ups.
Summit will be closed:
• Labor Day (September 7, 2026)
• Thanksgiving Day (November 26, 2026, only)
• Christmas Break (Dec 20, 2026 - Jan 3, 2027)
• Good Friday (April 3, 2026)
• Memorial Day (May 25, 2026)
• 2026 Summer Break (June 28, 2026 - July 12, 2026)
• Students must show respect to staff, other students and the facility of Summit Academy.
• No food or drink permitted in the gym (WATER ONLY)
• Summit Academy will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.
• Visitors must sit quietly in the designated areas.
• Only students are permitted on the gymnastics floor.
• For the safety of the students, please do not talk to or otherwise distract the children participating in the classes.
• Photographs of your child may be taken during classes; if you do not wish these to be used for our advertising purposes please sign a form at the office.
