SUMMIT ACADEMY
RULES & POLICIES

  • UNIFORMS
    Girls wear a one-piece leotard and shorts or tank top with shorts. Boys wear body shirt or t-shirt with shorts. Hair MUST BE tied back tightly away from the face. Not Allowed: No middriffs (No stomach exposure). No jeans, jean shorts or anything with buckles. No jewelry is allowed in class.
  • SUMMER SESSIONS
    JUNE SESSION 1 5/27/2024 - 6/22/2024 (completed) JULY SESSION 2 7/8/2024 - 8/3/2024 Sign up separately for summer session 1 and session 2. Fees due at the time of enrollment. No refunds. Registration waived for summer sessions.
  • CLASSES
    Students may enroll at any time. We can pro-rate into any session. Do not drop off students more than 15 minutes prior to the start of the class. Students must be picked up on time.
  • CANCELLATIONS DUE TO WEATHER
    Cancellations due to weather will be posted on our website homepage, Facebook and Instagram. No refunds will be given for closings due to weather, but Make ups will be available.
  • FALL/WINTER/SPRING SESSION
    REGISTRATION: Fall-Winter-Spring Session runs from Aug 6,2023 through May 25, 2024 There will be a $30.00 annual family registration fee charged at the time of registration. First 4 week pay period due at time of registration No Refunds
  • TUITION
    Monthly tuition fees are due week 4 of the current month for the following pay period. You are paying for your child's place in class, not their attendance. No refunds.
  • METHOD OF PAYMENTS
    You must provide a credit or debit card on file which will be billed automatically week 4 of the current pay period. You may pay in person with cash, check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover). The payment must be made by the end of week 3 of the current pay period, or the card on file will be charged. A late fee will be assessed for past due accounts. 4 WEEK PAY PERIODS: AUGUST - 8/4/2024 -8/31/2024 SEPTEMBER - 9/1/2024 -9/28/2024 OCTOBER - 9/29/2024 -10/26/2024 NOVEMBER - 10/27/2024 -11/23/2024 DECEMBER - 11/24/2024 -12/21/2024 (Closed 12/22/2024 -1/4/2025) JANUARY - 1/5/2025 -2/1/2025 FEBRUARY - 2/2/2025 -3/1/2025 MARCH - 3/2/2025 -3/29/2025 APRIL - 3/30/2025 -4/26/2025 MAY 4/27/2025 -5/24/2025
  • WITHDRAWALS
    You are responsible for continued 4 week payments Aug 2024 through May 2025. If you would like to cancel your enrollment, please notify the office before the start of week 3 of the current pay period to avoid being billed week 4 for the next month.
  • MAKEUPS
    There are 2 make ups allotted per FALL/WINTER/SPRING SESSION in addition to classes missed due to holidays, or weather related cancelations. All make ups must be completed while still enrolled in class No makeups for summer sessions Contact the office for eligibility and scheduling of make up classes Team members are not eligible for make ups.
  • HOLIDAYS
    Summit will be closed: Labor Day (9-2-24) Halloween (evening classes only) Thanksgiving (11-28-24 only) Christmas Break (Dec 22, 2024 - Jan 4, 2025) Good Friday (4-18-25) Memorial Day (5-26-25) 2024 Summer Break (June 22, 2025 - July 5, 2025)
  • BEHAVIOR
    Students must show respect to staff, other students and the facility of Summit Academy. No food or drink permitted in the gym (WATER ONLY)
  • VALUABLES
    Summit Academy will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • VISITORS
    Visitors must sit quietly in the designated areas. Only students are permitted on the gymnastics floor. For the safety of the students, please do not talk to or otherwise distract the children participating in the classes.
  • PHOTOGRAPHS
    Photographs of your child may be taken during classes; if you do not wish these to be used for our advertising purposes please sign a form at the office.
